Simplicity is everything. Catherine Morgan is able to take a confusing and overwhelming field, weight loss, and turn it into a tangible and realistic obstacle. There is a lot of content here in these 100 or so pages, but the presentation is spot on, and her way with words makes the goals seem manageable and reachable. I think one of the most important parts of weight loss is getting a strategy that you believe in and beginning it. The best way to do this is by designing something that works for you. Every person is different, and Morgan stresses this in her book. This is a great resource on weight loss, that focuses on the details that count and not throwing everything at the wall and seeing what sticks.
