What you need…

1 Egg

2 Egg Whites

¼ cup Spinach

2 tablespoons Chopped Bell Pepper

2 tablespoons Shredded Cheddar Cheese

What to do…

Wisk the egg and egg whites together in a small bowl, and pour into non-stick frying pan.  Sprinkle spinach and chopped bell pepper over the eggs and cook at medium-high heat.  Once egg is fully cooked, add shredded cheddar cheese, and flip into an omelet.
